ARB Meeting of September 1, 2026 Cancelled

The Appraisal Review Board meeting scheduled for September 1, 2026 has been cancelled. No business will be conducted on that date and no hearings will be held.

Owners with a hearing set for that date will receive a new notice of the date, time and place at least 15 days before the rescheduled hearing, as required by Tax Code § 41.46(a). Cancellation does not itself extend any unrelated protest-filing or tax-payment deadline — check any deadline tied to the original hearing date (such as a participation request or evidence submission) against the new date.

This individual hearing notice is separate from the public meeting notice for this ARB session, which the Texas Open Meetings Act requires to be posted at least three business days before the meeting date (Gov't Code § 551.043(a)). The next meeting will be posted here and at the district office on that schedule. Call the district office with questions.
