- File a protest. Protests must be filed on the Notice of Protest (Form 50-132) by your deadline; see Protests & ARB. A message here does not preserve your protest rights.
- Make a formal open-records request. Public Information Act requests must go through the Open Records process.
- Submit applications or official documents. Exemption applications, renditions, and similar filings must be made on the correct form (see Forms & Exemptions).
- Send confidential or sensitive information. Do not include Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or bank account numbers. This form is not a secure channel.
- Ask about a tax bill or make a payment. Tax bills are handled by the County Tax Assessor-Collector, a separate office.
